Regulatory position notice
Totwell Vetta provides private, permissioned information and workflow tools. This notice explains the limits of our role.
1. Our role
Totwell Vetta is a technology service for creating, validating, organising and sharing property-deal information within private workspaces. Access is controlled by the organisation that shares the workspace.
2. What we do not do
We do not introduce parties, arrange transactions, provide lending, custody money, operate a marketplace, or provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing on the platform is a personal recommendation or an endorsement of a property, deal or course of action.
3. Independent decisions
Information and model outputs are provided for users to assess independently. You remain responsible for your own due diligence and, where appropriate, for obtaining independent professional advice before taking any action.
4. Access and communications
The platform supports permissioned sharing and workflow between users who have been approved by the relevant organisation. That access does not make Totwell Vetta a party to any separate arrangement between users.
