1. Our role
Totwell Vetta acts as data controller for personal data submitted through the platform, including account, workspace, deal, communication and technical data.
2. Lawful bases
We process personal data as necessary to provide and secure the service, meet legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and security, or where you have given consent for optional communications.
3. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your personal data. Contact info@totwell.co.uk to make a request.
4. Automated processing
Deal data may be processed by a valuation model that produces informational outputs. The model does not make decisions for users or determine access eligibility on its own.
5. Transfers, security and complaints
Where service providers process data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law. If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, contact us or complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
