Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Totwell Vetta platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you are using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
1. What Totwell Vetta is, and is not
Totwell Vetta is a private, permissioned platform for creating, validating, organising and sharing property-deal information. Organisations control the users and contacts who may access their workspaces.
Validation and model outputs are informational only. They are not guarantees of accuracy, completeness, suitability or outcome.
Totwell Vetta does not introduce parties, arrange transactions, provide lending, custody money, operate a marketplace, or provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing on the platform is a personal recommendation.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the platform only with proper authority. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a breach of these terms.
Workspace access and document visibility are controlled by the relevant organisation and may be subject to applicable terms and policies.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit, and for having the right to share it. You must not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, access another user’s data without permission, upload malicious material, or use the service for unlawful activity.
4. Independent decisions
Users make their own decisions and remain responsible for their own due diligence. Obtain independent professional advice where appropriate before acting on information made available through the platform.
5. Intellectual property and availability
The platform, its software, design, valuation methodology and content belong to Totwell or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a licence to host, process, display and validate it as necessary to operate the service for authorised users.
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that information and model outputs will always be available, complete or error-free.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, Totwell Vetta is not liable for decisions made by users or for reliance on platform information.
7. Termination, governing law and contact
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security, legal or regulatory reasons, or where continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.
