1. Who we are
Totwell Vetta is a private, permissioned property-deal information and workflow platform. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy contact: info@totwell.co.uk.
2. Account and workspace data
When you register or receive workspace access, we collect account and contact details, credentials, role and organisation affiliation. We use this information to create and secure accounts, manage permissions and operate the service.
3. Property and deal data
Users may submit property addresses, property details, photographs, plans, estimates, projections and supporting documents. We process this information to provide validation, workspace and document-sharing features. Property addresses can be personal data where they relate to an identifiable individual.
4. Communications, technical and usage data
We store in-platform messages, comments, support requests and technical logs needed to operate, secure and improve the service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
5. Where data is stored and who can see it
Access is restricted by role and workspace permission. We use service providers for hosting, database, file storage, email delivery and public data lookup, subject to appropriate data-processing arrangements. We do not sell personal data or share it with data brokers for advertising.
6. Retention, security and changes
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including security, legal obligations and the resolution of legitimate queries. We apply access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. We will post updates to this policy with a revised date.
